Mary Pat Frey / Senior Sales Consultant
Mary Pat joined MI9 in 2007. She has 25+ years in retail software sales, sales management, and customer relationship management. Much of her career was spent at STS (subsequently NSB and now Epicor) building a strong customer base and later managing customer relationships. Her knowledge spans business intelligence, merchandising, and store. A key element of her success has been her ability to build long, trusting relationships with clients and business partners which has resulted in winning major accounts like Sheplers and Hard Rock Café. |

Austin Gwin / Senior Business Consultant
Austin has over 15 years of experience in retail and retail systems. Early in his retail career he worked in retail operational and financial positions. He spent the last 10 years with Escalate Retail in training, implementation, project management, and business consultancy roles. His extensive operational background provides unique insight into uncovering the challenges each retailer faces and determining how they can best be solved. Austin brings exceptional problem-solving skills combined with hands-on experience to his position as Senior Business Consultant for MI9. |

Tony Miller / Senior Business Consultant
Tony has 30+ years experience in store systems. From 1978 to 1993, he worked with Fujitsu/ICL in defining and building store systems for the global market. In 1993 he joined Software Development Inc. (SDI) in Pleasanton, CA. There he enjoyed great success in selling store systems resulting in over 4000 sites using SDI’s IRIS store software. At SDI Tony filled sales, product management, and business consultancy roles. When MI9 acquired SDI in 2009, Tony joined our ranks in the role of Senior Business Consultant for store systems. |

Matthew Wisz / Director of Inside Sales
Matt has over 20 years experience in retail. The first 10 years of his career were spent in retail operations and store technology at the Brown Group. Subsequently he filled training and business development positions with STR, Micros, Epicor and most recently The Retail Equation. At MI9 Matt manages all lead generation and telemarketing activities for the company. His knowledge of retail, his extensive network of industry contacts, and his insightful and helpful approach to getting retailers the information they need make him an invaluable asset to MI9. |
